MICRO USA, Inc. was established in 1995.  The core competencies of Micro USA are Research and Development, Programmatic Support, System Level Design, the ruggedization of products, Form-Fit-Function replacement of obsolete components and the integration of systems.  The goal is to create synergy between MICRO USA groups and our partners to provide a long term service to our customers.The MICRO USA Management Team (MT) establishes, documents, implements, maintains and supports the MICRO USA Quality Management System (QMS).  The MT determines the processes required and provides direction, both internally and externally, as well as functioning as the leaders for continual improvement initiatives.The MICRO USA QMS is designed to achieve continual improvement at all levels.  The strategy used to achieve this goal is to manage the MICRO USA processes, internal, subcontracted, or outsourced, in accordance with the ISO 9001 International Standard,

MICRO USA Management recognizes the eight quality management principles, which support continual improvement, are powerful ingredients in the development of a productive and profitable enterprise and are necessary to lead the organization towards improved performance.
