As a former researcher with Bachelors and Masters in Science and a Juris Doctor in law, Mr. Waller has managed the intellectual property portfolios of privately held and publicly traded companies and research institutions. He has also managed patent prosecution groups at Gordon & Rees, LLP and The Nath Law Group and is the founder and President of Patent Success Strategies an intellectual property management firm.
