The core competencies of Micro USA are Research and Development, Proof-of-Concept, Rapid Prototyping, System Level Design, Ruggedization of COTS, Obsolescence Mitigation, Systems Integration and Programmatic / Technical  Support.  The goal is to create synergy between MICRO USA and our partners to provide a long term service to our customers. The MICRO USA Management Team (MT) establishes, documents, implements, maintains and supports the Quality Management System (QMS).  The MT determines the processes required and provides direction, both internally and externally, as well as functioning as the leaders for continual improvement initiatives. The MICRO USA QMS is designed to achieve continual improvement at all levels.  The strategy used to achieve this goal is to manage the MICRO USA processes, internal, subcontracted, or outsourced, in accordance with the ISO 9001 International Standard,
