Mr. Mader has more than 20 years of System Engineering and Program Management experience.  Bruce has been responsible for Systrems Development, Test and Evalulation and Integration of mulitiple Navy Programs: FODMS, CDLMS, and ADMAC/Moriah. He has extensive experience with the Defense Acquisition process.

As a System Engineer, Bruce is responsible for the Technical Services business unit:; evaluating opportunities, directing Technical Data Packages, presenting technical reviews, interfacing with customers and performing follow-up evaluations.

He has vast knowledge of the Military Standards for Environmental Requirements and Design Standards.

His ability to direct the design, development, testing and documentation of a system/product make him a valued team member.
