Mr. Jain has more than 30 years of experience in Manufacturing, Integration and Technology Development. He is a subject matter expert in Lead Time Reduction, Value Engineering and Resource Management Systems. As Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer, he has received numerous awards for cost reductions, on-time shipments and Zero Defects.

He has been actively engaged in R & D and Applied Engineering since 1995, as the Co-Founder and CEO of Micro USA, Inc.

Arjun received his BS and MS in Industrial Engineering from Cleveland State University and his Executive MBA from Pepperdine University.

He is Certified in Production & Inventory Management (CPIM), a Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE) and formerly a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Ohio.Arjun is an active member of NDIA, SPIE and AUVSI.
