Mr. Mader has more than 20 years of Program/Project Management experience.  Bruce has been the Program Manager for the Integration of multiple Navy Programs:  NAVSSI (BLK 3 Build 4 to BLK 4.3), NAVSSI Lite, FODMS, CDLMS, and ADMAC/Moriah.  He has extensive experience with the Defense Acquisition process.

Bruce is responsible for the Applied Engineering business unit; evaluating opportunities, negotiating contracts and sub-contracts, directing design efforts, preparing Technical Data Packages, overseeing the fabrication and assemble of systems, preparing and presenting technical reviews, interfacing with customers, and performing follow-up evaluations.

He has vast knowledge of the Military Standards for Environmental Requirements and Design Standards.

His ability to direct the design, production, testing and documentation of a system/product make him a valued team member.
